Board of Directors

Molly Bowman – Executive Director

After working as a fishery biologist for almost 20 yrs, Molly left Federal life to focus fully on Bozeman Youth Cycling and the Bozeman NICA Team. When not working with her amazing team of coaches and families in the bike world, Molly can be found coaching in the winters with Bridger Ski Foundation’s Nordic Program and out and about biking and xc skiing with her family and friends.

Jeff Wyatt – President

Jeff has been involved in organizing cycling related activities since his early days in Boy Scouts. From merit badge rides and repair clinics to race organization and team creation, he has been passionate about all things bike since childhood. Having spent years on the race circuit, Jeff realizes the importance of the relationships and camaraderie he developed and still benefits from. It is his hope to bring this experience to the next generation of riders.

Eric Bowman – Vice President

Eric is the owner-operator of Owenhouse Ace Hardware and Owenhouse Cycling here in Bozeman. Growing up here in Bozeman he became an active mountain biker and now loves nothing more than riding bikes anywhere and everywhere with his wife Molly and his two children. BYC is an opportunity for him to give back to the community and also help shape the next generation of bikers into great riders and great trail stewards.

Sarah Alexander – Secretary/Treasurer

When not working in her field of marketing and communications, Sarah enjoys skiing and mountain biking with her husband and two daughters. One of the co-founders of the Bozeman Pedal Project, which is dedicated to supporting women in cycling, Sarah is particularly excited about the confidence building aspect of the sport for girls.

Nate Madsen – Officer

Nate grew up in the Wasatch mountains in Salt Lake, and bought his first mountain bike, a hardtail Stumpjumper with a rigid fork, in 1993.  He’s been passionate about bikes and biking ever since.  Four years ago, he and his family moved from Vermont to Bozeman, and he now enjoys raising a biking family, and hopes to help grow youth cycling in Bozeman.

Jenn Adams – Officer

Jenn is an accomplished marketing and development professional with a passion for community building and playing outside as much as she can.  She is the Director of Development for Crosscut Mountain Sports Center, a coach for Bozeman Youth Cycling and on the steering committee for Bozeman Pedal Project, a local women’s bike riding club.  She is passionate about creating biking experiences that are accessible and fun for all community members.
